La neige fondant formera une cr\u00eate de glace en d\u00e9bord de la toiture emp\u00eachant la neige de s&rsquo;\u00e9vacu\u00e9e. L&rsquo;eau stagnante pourrait causer d&rsquo;importants dommages par infiltration d&rsquo;eau aux murs int\u00e9rieurs, plafond et planchers par un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de capillarit\u00e9.
